The facility boasts centralized services, core equipment, payload processing capabilities, and top-tier research and test laboratories. Its proximity to the Cape Canaveral Spaceport enhances our mission to foster an intellectual community that propels microgravity research and broader space exploration endeavors.

Facility Specifications

• Total Area: 104,000 sq. ft.
• Laboratories: 30 fully-equipped scientific research labs, 11 hardware labs
• Office Space: Extensive administrative and office areas
• Environmental Controls: Comprehensive facility-wide systems
• Conference Facilities: 5 rooms with capacities up to 100 attendees
• Building Services Includes vacuum, compressed air, de-ionized water, steam, natural gas, carbon dioxide, electricity, sewage, and chilled water.
• Special Equipment: Features include controlled environment chambers, cold rooms, a positive pressure tissue culture room, a dark room, autoclave, and a tunnel washer .
